Last summer, our neighbor Ian Chin stopped by the B&B one Sunday morning with fresh bread and pastries. Ian was about to start his studies at the Cordon Bleu after graduating from Syracuse University. His love of baking was evident. This summer he came back for a visit and agreed to bake some special breads and pastries for our guest. Our guests this morning loved the "miche" and cinnamon pastries. He also let us know about his "cooking channel" - 36 entertaining videos on baking. If you like to bake or want to bake, we recommend Ian's channel:

Christine and Ian share a smile and compliments from our guests.
Ian will be baking for us on the weekends until her returns to finish his studies at the Cordon Bleu.
In the meantime, we will continue our commitment to local food - eggs from our local farmer, vegetables (today from our garden) and smoked meats from Nodines of Goshen, CT.
